Regular Apricots, Large

This yellowish-orange fleshy fruit is one of the first stone fruits of the season and also one of the sweetest. It is also one of the healthiest fruits in the world, with loads of benefits. It's said that 100 grams of fresh apricots gives you 12% of vitamin C, 12% of vitamin A, and 6% of potassium required by the body – all this under less than 50 calories. Tip: Leave apricots out at room temperature until fully ripe (soft to very softy). Apricots are best enjoyed when they are fully ripe and soft.
