Chef’s Table is a collection of chef-inspired local dishes using the bounty of just-picked fresh produce. We partnered with Chef Thomas Rice to create dishes using peak-season produce from local farms.
These dishes are deliciously fresh and are ready to cook or ready to eat. Each dish comes with preparation instructions.

Chef Thomas Rice of Tete Charcuterie fame and a graduate of Culinary Institute of America uses the bounty of just-picked produce from local farms such as Mick Klüg Farms, Sheeringa Farms, Garwood Orchards, and Chicago Botanic Garden’s Windy City Harvest.
