Stone fruit is in full swing now! Last week it was Cherries, this week is Peaches and Nectarines!! Have you ever tried grilled peaches? First, I get the grill hot. I cut a peach in wedges and brush a little canola oil on it and put it on the grill for 1 minute on each side. After I take it off the grill, I sprinkle a little brown sugar on it. If I want to impress my company I add some crushed macadamia nuts and drizzle balsamic glaze for a special touch.
