Oh, bring us some sticky pudding!

This week, I have chosen Sticky Toffee Pudding. Also known as Christmas pudding or figgy pudding, this variation comes with a toffee twist.

Christmas puddings have been a holiday tradition since the medieval times. It was once even considered the crown jewel of the Christmas Dinner...probably because it was made with alcohol. Oh one other tradition, they used to light it on fire before they got lit. 😉

This Sticky Toffee Pudding (which contains no alcohol) comes complete with its incredible buttery toffee sauce.
