AMBROSIA® Coconut Milk is made by mechanically extracting the smooth and thick liquid of the coconut meat. It is naturally high in fat content and the fat content can be adjusted as desired, by adding filtered water. Our "high fat" coconut milk has 17-19% fat. Coconut milk is an important ingredient in Asian cooking and it's also great for non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages, desserts, baking, entrée dishes, or mixed with fresh fruit.
