We have jalapeños and serranos from Garwood Orchards. On the Scoville heat scale, the jalapeños run about 5,000 and serranos are more than double! I love them in scrambled eggs in the morning and in guacamole at night. On the market, most people ate them whole – I can’t do that! These are really delicious!!
